Agreement
By accessing or using SayWhatNow™, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is operated by Rumble Built, Inc. ( "we," "us," or "our").
The service
SayWhatNow™ is a media context application. We organize and connect information about TV series, characters, episodes, and related metadata into a relationship graph. We do not claim to own third-party records (cast lists, episode titles, release data, etc.); we orchestrate and attribute them to their sources.
Features may include search, graph exploration, optional audio recognition, saved nodes, and a developer Platform API. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
Accounts
- Some features work without an account. Signed-in features require a valid email and compliance with our authentication provider's terms.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
- You may export or delete account data from Settings, as described in our Privacy policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others' rights.
- Scrape, bulk-download, or reverse-engineer the graph or API beyond documented limits without written permission.
- Abuse rate limits, API keys, or recognition endpoints (including automated mic or identify requests intended to degrade the service).
- Misrepresent affiliation with Rumble Built, Inc. or SayWhatNow™.
Platform API
Access to the developer API at Platform requires an API key and, for paid plans, a separate subscription. API use is subject to published rate limits and monthly quotas. Keys are confidential; you are responsible for usage on your keys. We may suspend keys that violate these terms or exceed plan limits.
Third-party content & recognition
Metadata may originate from third-party services (e.g. TMDb) and curated fixtures. Audio recognition may use third-party fingerprint services when enabled. Your use of matched or displayed content remains subject to those providers' terms and applicable copyright law.
Quotes, themes, and relationship notes in the graph may be curated or inferred for demonstration; they are not a substitute for official studio or distributor materials.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, RECOGNITION ACCURACY, OR COMPLETENESS OF METADATA. CONTEXT, THEMES, AND INFERRED RELATIONSHIPS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUMBLE BUILT, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Trademarks
SayWhatNow™ — trademark pending. SayWhatNow, the SayWhatNow logo, Powered by Rumble, and Rumble Built are trademarks or pending trademarks of Rumble Built, Inc. or its affiliates. Third-party names (studios, series titles, actors) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. See also our Privacy policy.
